This no-bean Turkey Sweet Potato Chili will be a winner for everyone who loves chili and savory sweet potato recipes! And although sweet potatoes have a few carbs, I’ve updated the recipe with some slight changes to make it quite low in net carbs!
I never liked sweet potatoes until I became a food blogger and discovered savory sweet potato recipes. Now even though they’re an occasional treat for me, I just have to have sweet potatoes occasionally.
And a few years ago when I was brainstorming recipe ideas with my niece Kara, we came up with this recipe for Turkey Sweet Potato Chili. We experimented with ingredients a few times until we loved this slightly-spicy no-bean turkey chili with sweet potatoes.
Of course, leaving out the beans makes this a lower-carb sweet potato chili! But recently I was making the original recipe and decided to try some slight changes that made this recipe even lower in carbs for a chili recipe with sweet potatoes! And I took new photos to entice some of the other sweet potato fans to try this delicious chili recipe!
